Midweek rides
Regent's Park Circuits

Meet opposite the cafe on the Inner Circle for an hour of brisk riding in a bunch. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18.30 aiming to average 30-32 km/h. Saturdays at 09.00 aiming to average 26-28 km/h.

The general format is 10 minutes of group riding at a steady pace on the Inner Circle. The group then moves to the Outer Circle for 45 minutes riding at a faster pace followed by a five-minute cool down.

The Tuesday and Thursday sessions provide a good opportunity for you to learn group-riding etiquette, practice riding “through and off” in a chaingang, and build your speed and fitness. Saturday sessions are ridden at a more sociable pace. After the rides we usually head for Cafe Italia Uno, Charlotte Street for coffee and a chat.

Virtual rides on Zwift

Our Zwift group typically meet for a virtual ride on Friday evenings. To take part you'll need a Zwift account and a Zwift compatible turbo trainer.

Oyster Rides

Most Thursdays (and often Mondays as well), a brisk ride of about 65-70km, back in London by about 16.30. Typically just a short train ride to somewhere within the Oyster Card area to get to the start. See individual entries on the rides page for more details.
