Group ride - Thursday 27/8/2020 - Crews Hill - Epping - Tottenham Hale 85km route
I'm planning on doing a ride tomorrow, Thursday 27/8/2020. It's an 85km Crews Hill - Epping - Tottenham Hale route. Departing Crews Hill at 10:15am, expecting to be at Tottenham Hale at 3:30pm.
If you want to join me on the ride to Crews Hill I'll be cycling from Finsbury Park, leaving at 9:05, arriving at Crews Hill a bit after 10:00. This adds about 20km.
I'll also be cycling back to Finsbury Park from Tottenham Hale, this adds about 5km.
So you can look at this as a 110km loop from Finsbury Park, or an 85km Crews Hill - Epping - Tottenham Hale ride.
About 10% of the route is on compact earth or through parks, including the River Lea Navigation. This is slow and scenic. The rest is tarmac. I'm treating this as a 2* ride.
I'll be bringing a snack to eat in a field but we can find a pub/cafe.
